Finally a lady answered the phone and she still could not help me with my problem. We have 16 security camera and they wanted to come and uninstall 16 camera and have us bring them inside the store. I don't understand why we could not have a tech come out and repair instead of having to have our security cameras down for who knows how long. I understand there is a pandemic going on but this was absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
