  The absolute worst Geek Squad! The team here are lost, unprofessional, lack the knowledge of process and customer service. Just a bunch of kids there to make money, they are not there to help with your products.

  I took my son’s gaming computer there to the one in Hiram. Told them that it was, “Blue screening” and they said they could fix it and they would call me when it’s ready. They never called, so after a few days I called them and they said yes it’s ready, did no one call you? I told the lady no, they didn’t. I go pick it up and they said that it was fixed. Time it home, hooked it up. My son want playing an hour and it started blue screening again. I called you there and complained and they had their manager call me back. She did apologize, and said that I could get a refund for the yearly agreement that I paid for. She told me that she would call me again to let me know that she was there and I never heard back from her. So I called back up there to soak with her about the refund and she never seems to be there. So be careful if you take a computer up there. Maybe look for another computer repair place first. If you can’t fix something, then just let the customer know so they can find someone else, but don’t lie to the customers face and tell them that it’s fixed

  Made an appt at Douglasville location for minor cracked screen didn't have the necessary piece was told to go to a more "high volume" location went to this location 7/8 said for me to come back 7/11 to drop phone off for repair get there no our policy has updated it will take at least 7 days to repair BS. Should change the name to IDIOT SQUAD!!

  I sat on hold for 2 hrs and 45 mins. I was transferred 5+ times and no one seemed to be able to help me. Finally a lady answered the phone and she still could not help me with my problem. We have 16 security camera and they wanted to come and uninstall 16 camera and have us bring them inside the store. I don't understand why we could not have a tech come out and repair instead of having to have our security cameras down for who knows how long. I understand there is a pandemic going on but this was absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

  Very Bad Customer Service I called and asked if they could open and clean my chromebook. Their answer was: 'No. It would be cheaper to buy a new laptop'. I was expecting the answer to be: 'Yes. Bring it in and will have it ready later today'. Needless to say, I'll be sharing this experience with everyone I know.
