The manager was completely careless and unhelpful, and the employees seemed inexperienced and poorly trained. No one took ownership of the situation or even tried to resolve my issue properly. What’s worse is the lack of basic customer respect — I felt like my time and business didn’t matter to them at all. Best Buy used to stand for reliability and service, but this location has clearly lost that standard. I hope corporate takes note, because customers deserve to be treated with competence and professionalism, not indifference.
