  I walked in wanting an iPad keyboard and asked where I could find them. The woman at the front, who claimed to be a manager named Marsha, waved me over to a counter at the front of the store and told me they had preowned apple keyboards. I asked if they’d look to see if they had a preowned one that fit my iPad. During this, Marsha kept dogging me for my information, and when I asked what it was for, she said it was for a discount. She was signing me up for the credit card and 50 dollar membership. She kept telling me to “hit the blue button” to accept without allowing me time to read each screen. When I saw the membership, I told her I didn’t want it and she spent 10 minutes arguing with me about it. When I stayed firm, she became noticeably colder. She rung up a brand new apple keyboard and started processing the credit card she’d signed me up for before I even knew what was happening, and by this point I was becoming very upset. I suffer from pretty extreme social anxiety and felt unable to speak up. She then had the gall to ask me to leave her a five star review. I returned to the store later that day and met with a different manager who apologized and refunded the iPad keyboard, telling me that manager had done this before. This is unacceptable behavior that WILL lose you customers. While I’m happy I received an apology, I urge people not to come here if you can avoid it. Not only was I hounded and pressured into doing something I didn’t want to do, the price of the keyboard was 30 bucks more than what it is online. It was my first time in Best Buy in about 2 years, and I was ready to try and shop in person more often to help my anxiety, but this experience made me never want to come to another Best Buy again. (Edit: I see from other reviews that Marsha has done this previously. Why is she still employed here?)

  Honestly have had the worst experience from this store especially the Geek Squad people. Bought a phone from there been having issues since and they told me when i bought it if i have issues i get a replacement cause of warranty and they refuse to replace my phone and have been lied to many times from a girl and when i went back someone says completely different like honestly they have no clue what they are doing. Wouldn’t recommend even trying with them.

  STELLAR SERVICE !!! I came into Best Buy EXTREMELY irritated because my headphones were garbage! Abigail, THE SUPER HERO came to my rescue IMMEDIATELY , she took the time to let me view all multiple options that Best Buy had to offer and she suggested SHOKZ! These are the best pair of Headphones in the world!! When I say, I could even hear people’s thoughts through the phone lol because they were so clear!! I’m more than ecstatic to come back and receive service like this she definitely deserves a raise!! Thanks again, Best Buy

  This is a clean & well managed store. I was there for Geek Squad assistance with an iPad screen repair. They were professional and competent. While I did not purchase anything else, the staff in the iPad accessories department and video game department were very helpful.

  BEWARE OF PURCHASING SOMETHING ONLINE FOR PICKUP -I purchased a battery bank for my phone off of BBs website and it sent an email saying they were preparing it and would be available for pick up " today". I ordered it around 6pm. I need to be in contact with work in case the electricity goes out during the nasty icy weather thats headed to Atl. I PURCHASED it w my credit card from the Kennesaw location ( 15/20 minutes from me) , then it showed I would be picking it at the Hiram store ( add another 25 minutes). I get there, and you guessed it- it was already SOLD. The Verizon gentleman, Nick was very polite in trying to help me find the " missing " item that I had already Purchased, but to no avail. So another lady came over and said they sold it and blamed it on the weather saying so many people are buying the battery banks. But, what does that have to do with the fact that I had BOUGHT it already- it shouldn't be " available " anymore. I have bought my W/D , computer and TV from BB and had no issue, but selling something that is basically already bought is not acceptable. You are gonna make people upset when they show up only to have their item sold. Do better Best Buy!!! BTW, found the same item at another merchant who will have it ready for pick up in the AM
