    Best buy is okay but the Apple Service center is trash. Why would anyone spend 50 usd on an insurance policy for 200 headphones that have a 25 usd deductible? The headphones need a 15 dollar part but instead they want to charge 25, and refurbished your broke set and sell them for 150 making more profit. I cant stand apple.

    They installed a car stereo and amplifier. I brought it back to have the installation repaired 3 times. It still has signs of loose wiring to the speakers like the sound consistently coming on and turning off.

    Incompetence is the most filtered word I can think of when it comes to how they NEVER handled my situation. Customer service does not exist at this location. Accountability does not exist at this location either. If you value your time and money don’t waste it at this location!

    Dylan is personable and helped me make a decision on which gaming headset i should choose. He had personal experience with the items and didn’t try to force me out of my price range while still giving me information on why the higher price tier would be better for a long term investment. Look for Dylan!

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Best Buy was extremely frustrating. The manager was completely careless and unhelpful, and the employees seemed inexperienced and poorly trained. No one took ownership of the situation or even tried to resolve my issue properly. What’s worse is the lack of basic customer respect — I felt like my time and business didn’t matter to them at all. Best Buy used to stand for reliability and service, but this location has clearly lost that standard. I hope corporate takes note, because customers deserve to be treated with competence and professionalism, not indifference.
