    I love this Best Buy—they’re always so helpful and friendly! I came in to do a warranty exchange on some equipment, and the whole process was smooth and easy. The staff stayed on top of everything and made sure I was taken care of. I even ended up buying another game while I was there! I highly recommend getting Total Tech as well—it’s definitely worth it. If you want, I can make it sound more formal, more excited, or shorter depending on where you’re posting it (Google, Yelp, etc.).

    I called Apple to assist me with updating my iPad and I spent 2 hours on the phone and my issue never got fixed. I scheduled an appointment at Best Buy and Jack Saylors fixed my issue. Jack explained everything in a way that I would understand quickly! Jack encouraged me to return to the store with my other devices that I have a problem with. Superb Customer Service at its best with Jack! -Gigi

    This store feels like the coffee shop of best buys. It feels limited with their products and everytime I go in there they dont have something and have to refer me to a different store or send me away. The staff is amazing though im giving it this rating based on stock mainly.

    I started my service on December 22 on my birthday, I walk in on the last day of my warranty bc I work so much. I walk in and say my warranty ends today but I need to drop off my Zephyrus (THE WORST LAPTOP IVE OWNED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I SHOULD SUE.) she tried to send me away. She said you don’t have an appointment we are busy, I cut her off and say I’m 100% dropping my laptop today there’s a zero percent chance I’m leaving. And she backs off. She does her job for 3 1/2 minutes and sends my laptop off to geek squad. I guess she had time. And they charge me $99 for the service. I paid a great deal of money for the Best Buy premium service. And I still paid $99 to get the laptop worked on. which has given me problems the whole time I’ve owned it. And then I get it back January 30th. Or the beginning of February. And I don’t have time to look. So I open my laptop this weekend for the first time. I OPEN MY LAPTOP FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER GEEK SQUAD WORKED ON ITAND THE SCREEN IS BLACK. I dropped it off bc the battery was terrible and I ultimately quit using it bc of how bad it was. But at least the screen worked. Now it doesn’t…. I spend like $1200 on the laptop, then $300 for the warrantee, then $99 for the repair which I shouldn’t have even paid for wth is the point of the warrantee and now the screen doesn’t even work. Literally unbelievable. I can’t make that up.

    I walked in wanting an iPad keyboard and asked where I could find them. The woman at the front, who claimed to be a manager named Marsha, waved me over to a counter at the front of the store and told me they had preowned apple keyboards. I asked if they’d look to see if they had a preowned one that fit my iPad. During this, Marsha kept dogging me for my information, and when I asked what it was for, she said it was for a discount. She was signing me up for the credit card and 50 dollar membership. She kept telling me to “hit the blue button” to accept without allowing me time to read each screen. When I saw the membership, I told her I didn’t want it and she spent 10 minutes arguing with me about it. When I stayed firm, she became noticeably colder. She rung up a brand new apple keyboard and started processing the credit card she’d signed me up for before I even knew what was happening, and by this point I was becoming very upset. I suffer from pretty extreme social anxiety and felt unable to speak up. She then had the gall to ask me to leave her a five star review. I returned to the store later that day and met with a different manager who apologized and refunded the iPad keyboard, telling me that manager had done this before. This is unacceptable behavior that WILL lose you customers. While I’m happy I received an apology, I urge people not to come here if you can avoid it. Not only was I hounded and pressured into doing something I didn’t want to do, the price of the keyboard was 30 bucks more than what it is online. It was my first time in Best Buy in about 2 years, and I was ready to try and shop in person more often to help my anxiety, but this experience made me never want to come to another Best Buy again. (Edit: I see from other reviews that Marsha has done this previously. Why is she still employed here?)
