The service has been so much better since I changed over. The employees are good but the one I really want to rave over is Victoria Bratcher. I can go in to the cricket store and she always has a smile and she just makes my day. Victoria is the most friendliest people. I can call the store with a problem and ohy gosh she is spot on to help and gets my problem solved immediately. Victoria needs a very big raise or at least a huge bonus. Thank you Victoria for everything. You save my life and sanity.
