  Leaving a 1 star because you can’t leave a review with zero stars. There should be a sign on the front door that says if you need help with anything that does not result in commission for the associate do not come in this store. Went in today to return a home internet device that should have never been sent to me. No one greeted me upon walking in, no bothered to ask how they could help. The MULTIPLE associates were sitting at a table not engaged with any other customers. As I approached the table, with my item to return in hand, two of the associates looked at each other and rolled their eyes. I started explaining what I was there to do, the blonde lady that was sitting at the table started to explain to me that my return needed to be taken to the UPS store. When I pushed further and asked would returning the item to the UPS store, cancel the service she looked at me within indifference and said well no, you’ll still have to contact customer service to cancel. I asked if the line could be canceled there at the store, and she told me no, they don’t do that there. When I called customer service from the parking lot, the customer service representative processed the cancellation ( this took over 30 minutes) and then proceeded to ask me did I want to return the device to the store or to the UPS store? I laughed out loud and told her I would need to take it to the UPS store because the store had already told me that they would not accept it there. From reading other reviews, this is not an uncommon occurrence in this store. If you’re not purchasing something that will result in the sales rep getting commission, they are not interested in helping you. The service after the sale at the North Expressway location is abysmal at best and virtually nonexistent. I can honestly say that I have had better service at an independently owned Verizon store than I have ever had with the corporate store in Griffin, Georgia, especially when it comes to assistance with service or other transactions, unrelated to a new line sale. .

  We had an issue with another Verizon and we had proof there was a problem. Lady greeted us like she hated to help us. We tried to explain our situation and showed her proof of a billing issue. We were irritated and we didn’t yell or curse. We were trying to explain our situation and she told me, me and my husband could leave. She wouldn’t even look at our proof. We were charged extra money for no reason. We walked out after she told us we could leave. VERY rude!
