The person at the counter (person of contact for customers) was the most unfriendly, unhelpful individual I’ve worked with. Do not take your electronics here for repair. Go somewhere that you will be treated with respect.

Today I called to see when they might be coming, only to be told I had to reschedule. Why wasn't I notified! Now they are not coming until 3 weeks from now! And to top it all off - I had the privilege of talking to a robot!

I would recommend coming to Best Buy in Gainesville for technical support etc. My laptop needed to be fixed and I was able to set an appointment the very next day. The great thing about the repair to my laptop, Geek Squad fixed the problem in two hours! Thank you to everyone in the store and most importantly the team of Geek Squad 😌
