- BMBrian Roberts (Mighty)Aug 10, 20251.0I paid my bill yesterday they didn't give me a receipt and I never got a text saying my bill paid last night my phone Service is cut off even though I paid then they trying to tell me I need to pay again so pretty much I paid and they just keep my money I paid my bill and they still cut it off The store I think they're ripping people off keeping people's money when they pay their bill and u pay and they still cut it off just horrible business pretty much stealing people money and not putting it on there phone bad business I would go somewhere else maybe boost mobile at least they don't steal your money...

Nothing note I am the only one walking in to the store customer service is highly recommended but never coming back to this location. Educate is valuable how you represent a business never know who’s going to come in. I rather pay too dollar 💵 over rude disrespectful service.
