If i could give less stars, I would. From the second we stepped in our service was HORRIBLE. We had Sully “helping” us but she seemed annoyed and miserable from the start and when we were telling her the exact computer she wanted she replied with a lower $ amount than what we asked for and we joked saying “yeah we will take it for that price!!” And she did not think it was funny… we came in knowing the price so we were just trying to lighten the mood with her but clearly she wasn’t having it. She came back with what we wanted and was checking us out and we just simply asked if they did a cash discount and she asked “what is that?” So we told her and she seemed anniyed again and just straight up said no. Again, we knew the price so we were just asking a question! We gave her the money in cash and then they didnt have enough change to give back to us and so she called someone up and told them and they said to tell us sorry they dont have it. We just spent $1,300 and they can’t even give us our full amount back???? The guy who said that came over and made a sly comment because it was just a few coins (not the point because again we just paid $1,300 for a product so we expect our full change back) and then proceded to tell us it was a government issue (not my problem) & we werent getting it back instead of offering up another way to make our experience better. WILL NOT BE BACK HERE, VERY DISAPPOINTED AND YALL NEED TO DO BETTER BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS AWFUL TIME HERE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Lauren in the cellular/phone area was amazing. She was not only super patient but very smart and personable. She waited for our new phone download to complete and answered all our questions so well that we went ahead and bought the watch too.

This location is hands down one of the worst. From a merchandising standpoint to a customer service perspective. It’s not good. The store is genuinely dirty and clearly neglected. Half the shelves are empty or behind a key and lock with no one to assist. Half the sales floor is nothing but boxes of tv’s. It’s more of a warehouse than an electronics shopping experience.The Buford location vs this one is night and day. Leadership has definitely allowed a fall over the years for this location.

Horrible customer service. Asked an employee if it was possible to get some help to carry a microwave I wanted to buy and she looked at me like I was dumb and said “uhh yeah” with an attitude. Proceeded to look at more microwaves to see which one I wanted. Had to go to the front and ask the greeter if someone could help me in the appliance section and she said she was going to send someone. Waited for 10 minutes until an employee finally came and told her which one I wanted and if I could get some help. She replied with an attitude “well go get a cart”. When I came back with the cart she was gone. At this point I was over it and just carried it myself even though I have a bad back which is why I needed the help in the first place. Much rather drive 30 minutes and go to the buford location.

Had the most unsatisfying experience here ever. They mis priced an item and then refused to honor their mistake. Jonathon apologizer and tried to help and called the manager FIVES. He inconvenienced us for 30 min never apologized. It was a 35% discrepancy. A sorry and here is small discount would have gone far. DO NOT make us pay for your failure to lead a team.
