Best Buy in Gainesville GA is one of the best stores for tech and electronics. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they know what they are talking about. I built my pc from parts I got here and also helped my friend build his pc from this store too. Everything we bought worked great and the workers made sure we got the right parts for what we needed.
The store has a nice setup with a big pc section lots of monitors and accessories and a clean organized layout. It is fun to look around and check out the new gear. The prices are fair and the service is always solid.
Overall Best Buy in Gainesville GA is a great place for anyone who builds pcs or likes tech. Good staff good selection and a nice experience every time.

Was trying to purchase carplay for my daughter. Stood waiting by car electronics no one came out. Asked an employee that I seen for information he said he wasn't sure he would get someone for us. Waited for almost 15 minutes no one came. My daughter went looking for someone, she seen a couple employees talking, they said they would send someone over and of course no one came. Just left the store.
Young lady at the front was very nice greeting us on the way in and the way out.

Its Best Buy, most dont know this but Best Buy puts customers in tiers. Over a decade ago they were loosing out like circuit city. They switched to tiers and now they make a profit. Avg consumer spends $1200 a year on electronics. So if you spend that you are a low end customer, which means you get a 2 week return window. After that it becomes store credit. So you feel like you got your money back and they keep your money.
