  I went in on April 8th to pay my bill early at the Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia store and was told it would only be an extra $1.50 to upgrade to unlimited — which turned out to be completely untrue. Then on April 10th, my service was suddenly disconnected. I went back into the store and had to wait 35 minutes just to be seen because only ONE computer was working. When I finally got help, the employee (I believe his name was Ethan, though he refused to confirm it) repeatedly called me “boss.” I politely asked him to stop, explaining I found it disrespectful, and he looked me straight in the face and said, “sounds like you.” To make things worse, they had to downgrade my plan, and when I spoke to the manager on the phone (Mandy), she wouldn’t even let me explain what happened. She just instructed the employee to downgrade me again so I wouldn’t have to pay the reactivation fee — a fee that shouldn’t have happened in the first place because of THEIR mistake. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Understaffed, under-equipped, long wait times, poor communication, and outright disrespect. Completely unacceptable. This all took place at the Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia location.
