- ANAnna NguyenDec 31, 20255.0George is the GOAT. I had a cricket acct ages ago, and was with cricket for around 2 years before I switched carriers. I never occurred to me to unlock my phone cause when I switched, I upgraded to a new phone as well. A few months ago, I found the perfectly good old phone again and decided to pass it along to a relative who needs a new phone. However, it was still locked by cricket. After countless calls with crickets automated voice messaging system and visits to cricket stores both in California and Georgia where I originally bought the phone (we have spent hours) no one offered to help us but our hero, George did. He dialed up cricket and helped us get past the automated system to a real person who unlocked my phone. So grateful for him and we hope he gets a raise or promotion.
