She had a problem with a widget that messed up. (Weather App). Anyway, the lady uninstalled the weather app and said they weren't a repair shop and to take it somewhere else to get fixed. The lady was of middle eastern decent. She got into an argument with my neighbor and got nasty. Told my neighbor it wasn't her problem. When my neighbor asked to speak with a manager, the lady said she "was" the manager of that location. I'd avoid this place if I were you.

The atmosphere is so gloomy and it's depressing to be in there for over three minutes because it's dark and cold. You could compare it to Dracula's cave
