    What ever happened today it will not going to come back but what I want to tell you guys customer service is always top priority and what I see today I don’t really appreciate! Xavier he have to do better job and don’t lie to the customers because is bad things to do that what I see today I was not happy I hope the owner will see this and talk to his employee so that they can do better job Xavier do better next time don’t be rude, and dishonest that is why I am doing this to give 0 star

    I called Verizon and their customer service thanked me for my 15 plus years as a customer with multiple lines and set up an appt for 12pm to get an iPhone 17Pro. Got to the Fairburn store and Seriah was the only one working. He said there was no appt and he'd help me once finished with the walk-ins. Okay cool but then he tells me that he CAN'T get around the taxes so I'd be looking at $225 or so upfront but he'll throw in a FREE screen protector and case to compensate for the 2hrs I had to wait. I pay the charges and he emailed me the receipt WHICH shows he was gaming me the whole time with the speech about taxes etc. The $225 or so he said was "taxes" for the phone was him already factoring in the $57 case and $67 screen protector to hit his sales quota. I'll be contacting Victra/Verizon. He actually charged me for a different case than what I have. I ended up paying $331 total.
