- MFMarkesia Forte’Nov 10, 20251.0I went to get my number ported into Anthony service provider that guy assured me that I COULD not do that and told me I first had to pay my bill and then port out.. my phone was stolen and therefore I needed a phone to keep my number… so ok I purchased the phone only to find out he gave me a BRAND NEW number which is exactly what I told him I wasn’t trying to do… long story short after I finally reached the customer service person on the phone while in the store to port my number out he magically was able to put my original number on the phone I purchased with the new number… it was just a mess all around

Didn’t know they’re not an actual cricket store but an authorized retailer so employees are unable to authorize some refunds and the manager refused to come in. Been a cricket customer for years, upgraded my phone at this location two days ago only to find out that they don’t honor the cricket return policy. Customers beware!!! Make sure you visit an actual cricket retailer in case you need to contact district or corporate for a refund. I’ll have to wait two more days for the manager to come in to see if she can resolve my issue even though cricket customer service says they should have given a refund.
