I returned on a day that the employee said she would be in only to discover that she was also not in on that day. It’s mind boggling that of all the staff in the store only the manager can complete/approve a return! So what am I do…continue to return to the store in hopes that I catch the manager?

They are forcing a narrative that when upgrading a device, it MUST be paired with a bundled(which includes a case, screen protector, and other accessories) and if not you cannot purchase the device in store. Store manager and rep explained that due to the demand of the new iPhone 17 pro max, if it’s not bundled you CANNOT purchase in store and they direct you to order online and have it shipped. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A UPGRADE!!!

I was told to trade in my device, but when I came back, the staff acted like they had no idea what happened to it. The only proof I had was the “Find My” location showing it was still in the store. One of the employees who originally helped me even acted confused and denied what he previously told me, including that the charges would show up on my bill. On top of that, I was never asked if I wanted additional lines added to my plan, yet they were added without my permission. This feels extremely unprofessional and misleading. I expected honesty and transparency, and instead I left feeling scammed. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
