I did a trade- in in November in which the store rep told me I would get the value of my trade-in as well as the promo they had going on at the time. Here I am in February, being charged back for my trade-in. Apparently, I am not supposed to have both. I owe $215 on top of my normal Verizon bill because of this. There is no remedy being offered other than to pay it. I feel that this is completely unfair because this was not was I agreed to 4 months ago and now it is too late to get out of it.
