The Geek Squad experience was a disappointing excursion into ineptitude. Despite their courteous demeanor, the staff displayed a glaring lack of urgency and expertise. The service was fraught with interminable delays and vague responses, falling woefully short of expectations. In essence, it was a frustrating encounter with mediocrity, poorly disguised by a veneer of professionalism.

These guys were supposed to install a radio in my 4runner first the wrong part wad ordered so they wasted a entire appointment and my time. Then I came back and they installed the radio, but explained to me that my car was not giving enough voltage to turn the radio on. So i returned the radio and gave up on the idea. After i left i had a sound coming from my cars heater system, i came back and a guy took a look at it and tried to fix it but was not able to. Manager did not want to take responsibility for it. Also they cracked my dashboard piece that holds the radio. So my experience was a cracked piece in my interior, a sound when i turn my temperature above 70, and a wasted total of about 8 hours. Also they dont have a phone nunber to reach them at.
