Recently I needed to buy a new TV as well as new computer monitor. These are items you definitely need to see in person before buying so I decided to visit Best Buy since you can usually see floor samples. I was curious how the experience would be considering many people have complained on social media in recent years how bad customer service has become. To my surprise everyone working there was very nice and helpful. It took me awhile to find a tv and monitor I really liked so ive put in a lot of time visiting BB. Bought and returned a lot of different options until finally finding the winners. Each time I had a great experience from purchase to online pickup to returns to getting opinions on what to buy. Hope your next visit to Best Buy will be as good as mine have been.

- MPMaurice PryceOct 12, 20251.0Customer No Service. Your manager that was on staff 10/17/25 around 2:30PM has a lot a learn about treating customers with more respect. We couldn't purchase the DJI - Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo, due to the website not letting my customer purchase the item online and let me pick it (as I always do). I simply asked the Manager and his rude minions for options to let my customer purchase the item other than the website and let me pick it up. The main reason why I am writing this review is because your manager at this store and his minions that was around him need to learn how to treat and speak with customers. Truly, customer service is always reflected by the leadership...and why are we begging to purchase an item? You are not the only store that sells Tech items in Atlanta or online. In fact, I went to Microcenter and was able to get the same item for less with the 2 years coverage and amazing customer service! I have to give credit to Omar, He was amazing and helping at first. Giving him credit for knowing how to talk and treat customers!!
