When she got there, she said was told she needed to wait 45 minutes before they would release the package to her. Their reasoning is because it was changed at the last minute. They didn't call me to confirm the change or anything. I did get an email confirming the change and all it said was that the person would need the order number and ID. Nowhere online or even in my email does it say they'd need to wait 45 minutes. Had that been the case, I would have gone myself later rather than inconvenience someone who was trying to help me. Now she's there waiting for my order to be released. I won't order from here again!
- JVJustin VDec 29, 20251.0I recently moved to the area and ordered a TV with delivery and hanging. The delivery which was placed on 12/19 was to be made today (12/29). I was supposed to get a message yesterday confirming my slot. Instead this morning I received a message that kept the 7 am to 7 pm delivery window that wasn’t narrowed down at all. I checked the status on the text message confirming the 7 am to 7 pm slot to see if I could get a better idea. That said there was no delivery scheduled for me. So I called in order to understand what was going on. I was informed that the product wasn’t even in the warehouse and the earliest I could possibly have the TV delivered was Jan 6. Completely unprofessional. Poor communication. Poor execution.

When the employee got to me he immediately had an attitude and seem like him helping me was a big inconvenience like this wasn’t his job. After dealing with his rudeness while finding the product it continued at the register. Not only that they push the protection plan more than any Best Buy I’ve ever been too. And it’s not just him because the other cashier was doing the same to this lady beside me. After she said 3 times no he was still pushing it.

I had to be in Knoxville TN the following morning for work, broke my phone that I needed to be able to do my job, walked into the store late in the day and they were still able to get me taken care of and back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Not to mention they were both super friendly and professional; what more could you ask for? They turned what was about to be a catastrophe into nothing more than a slight inconvenience. Thank you so much and next time I'm shopping in the area I will definitely go back to this store.
