I called customer service and got it resolved, however, they told me I could've cancel my account at the store. The employee was just rude

The manager should have he courtesy to take the trade in one minute and let the customer be on the way. Instead nobody asks why you are there, they put you in a que like robots and waste half hour of your time. Lame store, bad manager, welcome to the 21st century, touch the screen and sit around with no efficiency or intelligence. Go somewhere else for your trade in.
