I called customer service and got it resolved, however, they told me I could've cancel my account at the store. The employee was just rude

The manager should have he courtesy to take the trade in one minute and let the customer be on the way. Instead nobody asks why you are there, they put you in a que like robots and waste half hour of your time. Lame store, bad manager, welcome to the 21st century, touch the screen and sit around with no efficiency or intelligence. Go somewhere else for your trade in.

I bought 2 phones with the 1000 of exchange old phone and Samsung Galaxy and a iPhone. Neither of the phones reflect the discount. They said it would kick in when the systems update. It's monthes later. I usually just pay the bill. I decided to check since the phone should be paid off and my bill cheaper. No i still owe 1000. They picked the wrong one. I just fell into a lot of money. I'm about to pay all of this stuff off and cancel them all together 13 years of my husband, my kids, phone tablets watched. Now you get nothing. I called customer service and yall are running me all over the place. Peace going to mint moble. My friend loves it and has been there for 3 years now after leaving verizon. Then telling me some of my discount are expiring. It didn't have an expiration when you gave it to me. Companies are getting greedy and funny. No body has to just take bs. There are always options and choices. I'm going to give you all the phone money and cancel you since you screwed me and lied. Never use you services for personal or business.
