- SLStacey LosaJun 26, 20255.0Yesterday Wednesday 06/25/25 in the earlier part of the day, I went into this store and the young man Emmanuel, helped me to switch back to Cricket. I wanted to try a different company that advertised a $15 a month plan because I’m the only one working in my household as my husband has been sickly and was recently placed on hospice; and after paying a large down payment to that other cellular service, our phones could not text or dial out. I called, emailed and used the app for that company with no reply. When I explained to Emmanuel (at this Cricket Wireless) what had happened, he called the other cellular service a number of times and the call kept disconnecting. So to bring our phone lines back over to Cricket Wireless, he said we would have to get new phone numbers. I am thanking this young man for the time and patience it took him to help resolve this frustration 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟✨
