Showed us the pros and cons of other phones and got two opened boxes out so we could see how they worked. He did all this while helping 2 other people at the same time. He did it so smooth it wasn't even noticeable. Plus being bilingual. Impressed. Best buy keep this guy on your staff. He is a great guy to have on anyones team. He should be the standard when it comes to teaching your staff how to interact with customers.

That makes absolutely no sense. Terrible policy and terrible customer service. No wonder people just stop coming to the store and buy from Amazon instead.
