Mr. Warren said we don’t take checks and I said that I had wrote checks in the past at the store. Warren responded with no you have not. I said yes I have! And the manager spoke up and said YES we took checks in the PAST! Then he became very RUDE and told me to leave! He said You Started It, Making Him Sound Like A Preschool Kid!! So the store manager told him to Hush., then he went to the Back and never came back to the front! Been a customer at Verizon for over 20 years so very disappointed in HIS ACTIONS!!
