  Yesterday, I visited this cricket store because I was having issues with my service for more then 2 months. After visiting several other stores, I couldn’t find the help I needed. And I was like let’s try this location out but they really surprised me with its new look and knowledgeable staff. They provided excellent customer service and helped me resolve my issues that I had been struggling with for over two months. I highly recommend this store, and they even lowered my bill. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

  Great experience at this phone store. The team was super friendly and really took their time helping me out. They explained everything in a simple way and made sure I left with the right phone and plan. The store was clean, organized, and they had plenty of accessories. Overall, fast service and good people. Definitely recommend stopping by if you need a new phone or upgrade.
