  The manager has excellent customer service and was very patient and informative! You should visit them located on flat shoals at the Shell gas station!

  Yesterday, I visited this cricket store because I was having issues with my service for more then 2 months. After visiting several other stores, I couldn’t find the help I needed. And I was like let’s try this location out but they really surprised me with its new look and knowledgeable staff. They provided excellent customer service and helped me resolve my issues that I had been struggling with for over two months. I highly recommend this store, and they even lowered my bill. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
