  Went there and Alejandro (I think is his name and how you spell it) helped me out so much! Got us in and out in no time. Got 4 new phones and phone plans. Helped me where I will get good service everywhere I go. Made sure everything was working and it was good. Even helped me when I had to go back close to closing since I messed up on my Verizon account (my fault).

  Was completely scammed, was told when we sat down oh with a trade in it would be a complete wash and you won’t owe anything today. Then when all was said and done. It was oh we charge a $40 setup fee, even my 12 year old daughter’s head turned and looked at me. This lady was lying through her teeth trying to say oh I told you about it. No you didn’t and you have keep me here for over 5 hours. Don’t deal with these people go up the road to corporate store.

  Well it was so great!you ought to make a Commercial about. I went in just a regular Joe which is my middle name. I asked questions & got answers. It all worked out less than 20 minutes, And the Agent's name was Christopher Knight, my name is Christopher as well , no relation 😂. So 2 👍 👍 & 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Thank you Verizon ♥ now about that Commercial? 😂 Chris Davidson

  I usually pay my bill online but had cash and decided to go here, to not have to worry about the hassle of putting the money on my card. I walk in and was greeted, I stated I wanted to pay my bill. We went to the computer and I gave my number and was asked if this was my 1st time paying here, I said yes and then I was told that I would have to round up to the next dollar because of that, ok no biggie. Then I say I'm paying with cash and then I was told that I have to pay an extra dollar for paying with cash, OK but whatever. Then I pull out a $100 bill to pay my $87 with the upcharges, and then I'm told well I don't think I will be able to break that. Huh? He yells out to an associate to ask if they have change and without looking up they yell no. I'm thinking my bill is $87, I'm paying with $100, you don't have $13 available? After standing there for a few more seconds with him kind of just standing there. I just say I can leave and pay my bill online like I usually do. That was just ridiculous to me. I came around 1:30pm in the afternoon. I could MAYBE understand if they just opened, but you don't have $13 in cash for change? I will stick to paying online.
