I will always go to her if she is there because no other person has in depth given details about deals and best offers there is. Very cool person to talk to!

The people are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to get your dream phone on your best plan, all while being completely transparent about any fees or charges involved. Axl helped me hook up my S22 Ultra with screen protector and case, so we walked out the door ready to face the world, so special shout out to him, but all the guys in there are great at what they do. 10/10 do recommend. 👍

- ECELLEN CRISFIELDApr 6, 20181.0went in on March 21st to upgrade my Apple phone to the Samsung galaxy 9 plus couldn't remember my password to take everything off my phone to put onto the other so I made arrangements to come back after work 5:00 to upgrade because they only had that 1 Samsung galaxy 9 plus in stock and they were going to hold it for me, getting back to the office I get a call from the store asking me to check my pocket book that the Samsung galaxy phone went missing and he was calling to see if I picked it up and put in my purse accidently, after telling him I did not have the phone he said that this was a problem that a $900 phone is missing after talking several minutes I heard someone in the back ground tell the guys that I was talking to that the phone was in the back charging. These people should do more investigating before they call up someone accusing them of stealing a phone ! I reported them to Verizon and unfortunately they couldn't do anything because they are independently owned and they just carry their products.
