    While boarding my cat recently she was not given her medication correctly and doses were missed. I contacted the office and was supposed to receive a return call. No one called back, I called again and they denied messing up the medication. I counted out the exact doses for the boarding time and 1/3 was returned to me. So there is no way she was given it correctly!! I will not use them again!!!

    My pet Cairn Terrier was suffering from a bad skin allergy. She was up all night scratching and biting. MyVCA in Roswell, Pet’s are People Too, could not see her right away. I brought her into VCA Dahlonega, getting her in was no problem. She was seen by Dr.Helvie. He treated her for Priritus and he was terrific. His staff was great. The office followed up the next day to check on her condition. The staff really showed concern for the wellbeing of my dog. I would highly recommend them.

    Just so you know if you cancel the care club they charge you for everything you’ve ever gotten at full price that was originally covered by care club. Walked in one day for an appointment that was scheduled for A YEAR and they told me they had no record of my dog at all so I stopped going a year ago. Got a call from a debt collector and a tank in my credit today for over $900. DO NOT GET STUCK HERE!

    I wanted to thank everyone who helped with my Livvy and reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. She is back to her bouncy bubbly self after the accident. The care we received was amazing and truthful. It was our first time ever coming to you guys but we most definitely will be back.
