Warning: Unprofessional and hostile environment. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional. The vet David Roberson was condescending from the start and ended the appointment by yelling at me. If you want a vet who is patient, kind, or even just polite, do not come here. It was a traumatic experience for both me and my pet.

So, I went in today for 2nd set of vaccines for my new kitty. I was greeted by lady behind desk saying " sir your kitty has to be in a carrier" I replied " I didn't get that last time I came in. So sorry. Mind you the kitty is small and is a very calm cat. She sent us to a room. I waited 20 plus minutes and the place was completely dead. I asked the vet, what's with the delay today? He replied " have an unruly cat back there" I said oh, well, I didn't plan on this taking this long since I had an appointment. He then went back and I waited another 7 minutes, came back and administered the shot in literally 3 seconds. Then lady came in and said, 124.00 is your charge. I said no problem. As I left the room, i was greeted by a large cat, I just shook my head, while holding my tiny kitten in my arms, I went up to pay and there was another large orange cat starring at me sitting right next to Payment kiosk. My kitty got scared and began to meow and digging claws into my arms. I said to same lady that greeted me, why are you guys allowed to have cats roaming freely and scaring my cat? She said, they live here. I was just taken back by the way they handled me and how they treated me. I feel like they purposely made me wait because I came in without kitten in a cage of some sort. And feel like they released those cats to scare my kitten. It worked for them. I never write reviews, but had to share my story.

While boarding my cat recently she was not given her medication correctly and doses were missed. I contacted the office and was supposed to receive a return call. No one called back, I called again and they denied messing up the medication. I counted out the exact doses for the boarding time and 1/3 was returned to me. So there is no way she was given it correctly!! I will not use them again!!!

My pet Cairn Terrier was suffering from a bad skin allergy. She was up all night scratching and biting. MyVCA in Roswell, Pet’s are People Too, could not see her right away. I brought her into VCA Dahlonega, getting her in was no problem. She was seen by Dr.Helvie. He treated her for Priritus and he was terrific. His staff was great. The office followed up the next day to check on her condition. The staff really showed concern for the wellbeing of my dog. I would highly recommend them.
