Bought a brand new Asus laptop just under a year ago, and got bricked with a bad battery less than a year later. Factory warranty said i was SOL and best buy had no other options for my $1100 paper weight.

El servicio es realmente pesimo, espere una hora para que atendieran y el trabajador fue desinteresado solo queria irse al cualquier otro lado que no fuera ahi, todos actuaron igual. No lo recomiendo!! Quiza si les pagaran mas a los trabajadores en fechas festivas se interesarian por dar un buen servicio

Please do not buy from Best Buy , I purchased an IPAD on dec 11 2025 and returned on dec 13 without opening as I got good price at Costco
I paid $583.92 ,the sales people pushed to buy Best Buy membership for 50$ and said you will get 50$ back and when I returned the ipad I got back only $ 449
and when asked they said BEST BUY does not refund the sales tax and said it is Best buy policy is no refund for SALES TAX , I have not seen this any where else at Costco , BJS, WALMART or AMAZON , at other place when I I return the merchandise I get the whole money what I paid

I would leave a zero star review if I could, Aidin who was the associate who assisted me had a very poor and negative attitude throughout the entire interaction, he acted like he didn't even want to be there or help any customers. And had a very abrasive tone of voice. And it got to the point that in interacting with him, I became so dissatisfied that I just put my stuff back and walked out. I've decided that this was the last straw for me as the past couple of times I have come to this location. I have received very poor service and very poor treatment from associates that I will no longer be doing business with Best buy
