  Walked in to get some cartridges for my printer, I looked for about 10 minutes, nobody to greet upfront nobody asked me if I needed any help so I asked a lady in the Best Buy uniform where are the cartridges located, she gave me an attitude look and said I’m helping someone, so I left, I know she’s helping someone, I did not ask of her to walk with me to the cartridge, just tell me the location of the isle

  Edit 2/10/26 Below response business is nothing more than lip service. I contacted Best Buys through Facebook as instructed below. But they offered me nothing. They just said that they couldn't help me! I would give them zero Stars if I could. I bought a computer from these guys and they sold me a "subscription" to Microsoft Word that bills my credit card every year instead of selling me a software package that is a one-time purchase. I've bought many computers before and never had to pay every year. It was a one-time fee and that was it. This new idea of a "subscription" is just a scheme to make Bill Gates even more rich. And they refused to refund my money or even give me a store credit. Now i cannot access any of my documents or edit them. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER COMPUTER FROM THIS STORE!!!! ☹️☹️☹️

  I was in this store on 1/17/26. Asked to speak to the Store Manager to express my disappointment with an installation process and to seek a feasible solution. The employee, who claimed to be the "Store Manager" was immediately dismissive and extremely rude - literally shaking her head and rolling her eyes while walking away and leaving the conversation. I was so surprised that I had asked the other two employees at the register if she was actually the Store Manager - and they told me that she was not. I was given the actual Store Manager's (Jeff) phone number. I called him the same day and left a voicemail. Never heard back. Must be a "from the top-down" system of treating customers like they could care absolutely less. Rather than supporting a local brick-and-mortar with my hard-earned money, I have cancelled my annual membership and will never return to purchase anything else.
