    I’m not sure of the name but a manager in glasses instantly had an issue with me because I asked about there open box items(curious because I happened to randomly see one and wasn’t sure what it meant fully) just to get talked to like I was worthless and I shouldn’t even be asking. Then after bringing an item up that was reduced to ask the price because it was a nice speaker to no longer buy it after only being reduced $40 when the box was literally fully open with stuff clearly taken. After I bring the box back where I got it I come back to hear the same manager talking shit about me to his associates and telling them that I’m a reseller and to not deal with people like me. One. I’m not a reseller and two even if I was it was a very unprofessional approach and their management needs to be retrained on customer service. Besides the younger guy with blonde hair and glasses who helped me in the back of the store. I was planning on spending a few thousand to build a gaming desktop, unfortunately thanks to that manger I will be going elsewhere. Don’t shop here

    This place is a shame. At least 11 employees standing around leaning against boxes. When you ask one of them for help, they all say it’s not their department. Everything is miss marked, things in clearance are marked for different equipment. Haven’t been to a Best Buy in a few years, don’t think I will come back

    I bought a open box LG S95TR sound bar, from Best Buy Perimeter Center and took it back to Best Buy, Cumming, and the speakers would not connect wirelessly to the sound bar. I first called LG customer service they were extremely nice however, they told me since Best Buy mixed up the product in the box that Best Buy would have to help me. I took it back to Best Buy to have their Geek Squad repair it, but the guy at the front door called the manager to help me. I told him that they had put the newer model of the sound bar in the sealed box when they sold it to me as a open box unit and the speakers would not sync to the sound bar since it was a newer model. The manager tried to repair it, but he could not but refused to take it to the Geek Squad to help since he didn’t want it to work. I asked him if he could just give me the correct speakers so it would work. He told me that he had no other LG S95 sound bars. He told me if he had the speakers, he would replace them but he didn’t. I showed him that he did have another one in stock on my phone but he refused to acknowledge it. He just wanted the sound bar back since Best Buy sold me it to cheap by mistake for $695 when the others were selling for $1,300 and he just wanted it back. I asked for a simple exchange for another one with the correct sound bar and he said no. So I had to give it back. Best Buy could have just replaced it but they didn’t because they wanted to cover up their mistake. Best Buy is not honest, Best Buy is not honorable, Best Buy does not follow the law and Best Buy defiantly does not care about their customers. I just wanted a good sound bar at a good price but Best Buy wanted a few more dollars profit.
