  I brought my gift online... No problem... They sent me text and emails.. I arrived at the store.. Called with my parking spot number.. They sent me the code..within 5 minutes or less They brought the gift out... Keep up the good work!!

  I went into the store specifically to purchase a laptop. I really didn’t have a clue what I really wanted so I went to peruse with the intent of making a purchase. I looked at several tablets/laptops and waited for someone to assist, however, no one came to assist as I perused for about 25 minutes. There were a couple gentlemen in the area, but neither acknowledged my search.This is not the first experience that I’ve had and this particular location where no one has offered any assistance, even after I’ve stood in certain areas for long periods of time.

  Big shout out to the car audio guys! They've installed stereo systems in multiple vehicles for me and killed it everytime. Clean work & fast turn around time on their end. Thanks again guys!

  I have an older Solara convertible, and I was wanting to look into changing the audio system. I decided to try Best Buy and happen to come in on a Monday when the installers are off. A nice employee that has been there a while named David spent some time going over some options. He seems to know a lot about everything in the store and what a nice man he was. This takes me to the next week when I came in and did talk to someone in the back named James who does installation for audio in cars. He was also so friendly and helpful. I just wanted to call these two employees out because I have worked in retail for 20 plus years and customer service seems to be a little harder to find. Thanks David and James for your help ! I will be shopping Best Buy more often.
