  I came in pretty late, but that didn’t stop Ashley from hooking me up with the new 17 pro max. All other Verizon’s I tried were sold out, but Cordele had every model in every color. They were patient with me and very good at what they do. 10/10 experience

  If you need a new phone etc. DO NOT go to the Verizon in Cordele! Today I made an appointment for 5 pm (After calling the store 3 times with no answer so I called corporate) to do a trade in and after 40 minutes of waiting I was told I would not be seen before the walk-ins and that it would be at least 1 hour and 45 minutes before I would be seen. (Making it well over 2 hours after my appointment time) The employee Eryn consistently talked over the shift lead who I was expressing my concerns to and told the shift lead repeatedly that I would not be seen first even though I had an appointment. Eryn was rude to me, had AirPods in the entire time, and was discussing how close she was to her sales goals (specifically $40 away) with the other employees while she was serving a customer. When I asked for the managers name and contact information or extension to call, I was told that information was not available and there was no way for me to make a complaint. This is ridiculous, after being a Verizon customer for almost 19 years this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  I had a very capable young lady to wait on me. I was lucky I didn’t have to wait, but many did. Jessica Mc. was excellent to work with me.
