I purchased a MacBook Air and AirPods Pro at the Conyers Best Buy on November 2, 2024, and also paid $179.99 for what I was told was 24 months of AppleCare coverage. Later I found out my coverage was canceled because it had been tied to a Best Buy membership that I never knowingly agreed to or authorized.
I only intended to purchase AppleCare for my devices, not a store subscription or membership. Now I’ve paid for coverage I didn’t receive, and getting help to fix it has been extremely difficult and frustrating.

The technician at the Geek Squad was very rude. Named "Zeric" I think. He hushed me and said I shouldn't interrupt him! I was shocked.
I went to the Best Buy floor to ask another associate and he shouted "move back! You are invading my private space". This was a young male with braided hair.
All this in a matter of minutes and I had 2 horrible experiences.
I just walked away from the store. Too stunned to know what to say. Terrible service.

Went in to find a PC with a 5080 in it on sale. DJ was great help. Quick to find the one I needed and got it off the top shelf. Dj was informative and had excellent customer service. It’s the holiday season, which is always busy. Hook him up with a raise/bonus/promotion.

I usually read the reviews before I post, but I'm not going to this time. Yes, I'm only writing this to complain. I really like how this location has come through for me. Some of the staff have been amazing and gone above. My issue is two parts. First, anything you order online that has any kind of disc is very likely to be shipped to your address with the disc loose. Store pickup is much better. Way better! However, this is where my second and primary complaint is. It's the holidays (after thanksgiving). There's clearly a lack of staff and a lot of disorganization. There are two lines that are treated as one. Store pickup and the other seems to be some kind of checkout in store pickup (idk). I had to call a manager over after one had been called less than 5 minutes ago dealing with the lines there. Store pickup should be fast, but instead it's longer than necessary and expected in store. You don't tell someone that there's only one line after you actually help someone in the pickup only line. To be fair, it didn't happen again when I got my other order(a week later). I really just think it's because it's the holidays. Hopefully they will plan better for next year.
