This review is for the Geek Squad. I came in to get my iPhone serviced. The back is damaged. They said it takes 3-4 days for the part to come in and they have to hold your phone while they are waiting for the phone just because it’s the tech’s preference that once the part comes in they can get started on the repair. I find this is to completely unreasonable. I run my business from my phone and even to have it serviced for the day I have to move things around to let people know I will not be reachable. To keep someone’s phone while a part is waiting to come in is a completely unnecessary inconvenience to the customer.
By the way I was told this is a store by store policy so it’s not about you not being able to bring the phone back in, it’s basically a preference for this store.

Employee in electronics section was extremely rude to us. Wearing att shirt. 2nd time we have come into this store and was given poor customer service. Kept asking questions about my husbands phone service and was told we were good. My husband questioned why he needed all the info after we told him we were good, told my husband there was no reason to be rude and walked away. 🤷🏻♀️ we were nice until he got rude. Left empty handed since they keep on with their attitudes in this store.
