  My sales person was Eden. He was professional & very knowledgeable of the product that I purchased. The item was not in the store as stated in the system. But Eden ordered it for me and I chose to pick it up being that I live close to the store. The product came in/on time. The process was easy and very streamlined and I appreciated that.

  The IT department never have a technician on site to help they always have to ship it to another location they need a real Geek squad not Geeks or individuals that cannot do in house work on the spot. Sorry but Best by in Florida is much much better.

  I recently purchased an out-of-box tv with “Excellent” condition labeled. The TV I received was missing the power chord, TV stand, TV remote, and was in the incorrect box. I asked if the TV was correct and included all accessories at the time of pickup and was told not to worry and that the package included all necessary accessories and that while the TV box was incorrect, the TV should be the right one. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the marketing, in-person service, over-the-phone service, and the product that was incorrect. Please triple check if you choose to purchase a TV in similar conditions.

  A woman named Shakayla gave me the greatest experience I could’ve hoped to have in Best Buy buying my first laptop for myself for college. She was so helpful and gave me great recommendations based on my major and got me a laptop worth the price. I would recommend this Best Buy to anybody looking for great customer service.
