  I had an issue with a phone that was outdated. I had a family member to purchase me a new phone from one location of cricket on one side of town. However due to a disability I have with my eyesight I was unable to complete the process of transferring one phone to the next. The fact that I do have this disability I rely on Uber or someone taking me from place to place which is costly. I went into the store on highway 20 and a young lady Brittany was there to assist me she was super sweet very open and honest about what was going on with my phone is super helpful. Due to the new system that is in the cricket system that they were having to use she called for help with her supervisor Miss Jolene unfortunately the only thing negatively that I can say is I pay one fee when the phone was purchased for the setup and then I had to pay that same fee the very next day for them to do it for me. Although it had already been paid to the place where I purchased the phone. It was explained to me that I would need to have gone back to that store in order to not have been charged that other money.I think that is something that should be looked at within the cricket system because if she was able to pull up to see that I have purchased just a previous day, then it should have been honored that setup fee so I ended up having to pay that fee twice in just 2 days

  NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE The young girl at front desk will up charge you without fully explaining what your paying for! Do not yet them add their overpriced screen protectors or cases to your new phone purchase, My family and I were told this addition was free and that was a complete lie. She made it seem like its a part of your purchase but it is NOT... When I nicely asked her about it, she had a crazy rude attitude. And completely lied about informing us of this. I have been a cricket customer for years and this is the worst interaction with an employee I've ever had.
