- SDSean DensonOct 30, 20255.0Mr. Rod & Derrick “DJ” showed exemplary excellence an skill on the diagnosis of my battery that was still under warranty. They discovered that the alternator was the problem and drained my battery. They gave me a loaner and are recharging my battery to new. If my battery doesn’t recharge I will receive another new battery during alternator replacement process. This is true customer service.
