  This carrier is the worst I've ever experienced. I've had Boost mobile, Metro by T-mobile, Straight talk, T-mobile and Verizon and this one is by far the worst. 100$ a month just to sit and stare at walls because nothing loads on my phone or my wifes. They say "oh, you get 5G in your area, it's great you came to us". Yeah, Okay. I haven't seen 5G in my network settings more than 30 seconds a day. Then i paid my phone bill at the beginning of November and ever since my phone doesn't work what so ever, not even my Hotspot works. There 24 hour Customer service is trash, i been sitting for here for over 30 minutes waiting for a reply. I'll be moving carriers soon, hopefully back to T-mobile and I'll never in a million years use Cricket again. They will tell you that there service is great in your area just to get a sell. They'll tell you to do this and that 50x a day and it still won't fix the issue, the phone i got from them is trash to, consistent updates, having to constantly restart my phone and more and i have little storage. Lol, this company wouldn't even get a star from me if that was a option. Would be great to get that 100$ I spent two weeks ago, because if i have known this carrier wouldn't be atleast okay then i could have just fed my family with that 100$ or got gas for work or something. Goodluck to anyone who goes through them. If you do have great service, thats good for you.

  Came into this store to pay a bill when I was told my children aren't allowed in the store. I have a 2 and 4 year old what am I suppose to do to pay a bill with cash when I was told my children aren't allowed in the store
