    This Verizon #1 priority is making sure you DO NOT SIT IN THE WRONG IDENTICAL SEAT. There are no signs and all tables look alike as well as chairs. You may wait an hour for service but sit in the wrong seat and they will be on you in less than a minute to tell you to move. Bad priorities.

    I have a business account with Verizon. I went in to the Veteran's Parkway store to upgrade my hotspot to a business hotspot. I upgrade it and added a second business hotspot. When the bill came, they had given me two new numbers and left the old hotspot on, so I was being charged for three. I called Verizon and they were NO HELP! I then went to the store and talked to Robbie, the salesman who helped me, He said he would get it corrected. I got a text from him after a couple of days saying that Tim was going to put a $100 CREDIT on my account and I should be able to see it the next day. Never got the credit. I then got a text today from Verizon saying they were turning me over to collections for the $100 balance on my account. I called Verizon and was told that nobody could make such promises. Explained to them that I have it in a text message and was told that they should have never been told me that I would receive a credit because there is no credit to be given. This is the way that Verizon does business. Believe me, they DO NOT care about you or if they loose your business! Get everything they tell you in writing. You will need it later!!!!
