Had an appointment scheduled to get a replacement phone activated and arrived 30 minutes early (thankfully or else I would've been there all night). A very tall employee, Clarence, "greeted" me while I was signing in, however this was not in a welcoming tone as I was being rushed to check in. He proceeded to assist me with my phone, but it was very clear he did not want to help me (or even be there) and blatantly said "oh I don't have time for all this" or "I'm not doing that" while trying to attempt trouble shoot steps. A female employee walked up to him while he was with us to show him something on her phone to which he responded with " you play too much" while she walked off to show other employees. Just a completely unnecessary thing to do while customers are trying to take care of business.
Soon after, he had us call customer service to take care of what we needed and walked off. Not even 5 minutes later we saw him with his belongings and assumed that he was leaving work for the day. This left us feeling abandoned since he didn't leave us with another employee to ensure we were taken care of.
Unfortunately I still experienced issues after being on the phone with customer service for over 20 minutes. They ended up escalating my call to another department and my original phone rep abandoned me while transferring too 😂. SMH. All that just for second phone rep to tell me she couldn't do anything. During this time no employee in the physical store came to check in. Even the phone rep was surprised that I was dealing with this.
I hung up and asked another employee to came over and assist. Thankfully, after being there over an hour at this point (given the run around), he was able to get my issue resolved. I was appreciative of this, but the overall experience was tasteless. Before today, I hadn't been inside a Verizon store in over 8 years and I will be avoiding this location at all costs going forward. Save yourself some time and energy if you can.

Useless staff. If you want help, don’t bother coming here.
I am beyond frustrated with the service at this location. There are plenty of employees standing around, but nobody actually does anything. I came in with simple questions about unlocking my SIM and some issues with my iPhone, and their only answer for every single thing was: "You have to call customer service."
What is the point of having a physical store with ten people standing there if they can’t solve a single problem? I am paying my bill and giving this company my money every month, yet when I ask for professional help, they just pass the buck and tell me to get on a phone call. I could have stayed at home and done that! It’s lazy and completely unprofessional.
If you actually need help, do yourself a favor and go to the Peachtree Mall location instead. Even though it’s busier, the employees there actually try to solve your problem. They don’t just say "we can't do that" and walk away. This Veterans Pkwy office is just a showroom for people who want to stand around and do nothing while taking your money.

Crowded. Ppl look miserable. Lucky I didn't have to stay long because I overheard someone with the same issue as me. But the wait was so long. Then I find out my disney perk with verizon was magically taken off .. no notice to me .. Just surprise charges. Everyone is just out to make money. I hate stepping in that verizon. The lights, atmosphere, overall unfriendly and miserable

This is hands down the worst Verizon store I have ever dealt with. The employees here look and act completely miserable, and they treat customers like we are an inconvenience. I came in to drop off my phone for a trade in, exactly as my official Verizon email instructed, and they could not have been less interested in helping.
Even after I showed clear proof that I was supposed to hand my phone in at this location, they refused to do anything. No effort to problem solve, no willingness to even try, just a lazy response about needing to reprocess it and then pushing me out the door. Their solution was to make me stand there and call Verizon customer support myself. Why even have a store if you will not actually help your customers?
The level of apathy and rudeness here is unbelievable. If you value your time, patience, or sanity, avoid this location entirely. I will never come back to this store and I would not recommend it to anyone.
