- SBSeth BarmakAug 12, 20251.0I had 2 service encounters, one took much longer than expected to get back, the next was much more disappointing, I arrived 5 minutes behind schedule and I waited much longer than anticipated, only to be told my appt was cancelled (while waiting in line) and they had to set up another appointment later that week, I spoke with a Manager who was not at helpful or willing to be helpful in any manor but instead argued with me, after stating facts the manager only gave me a very condescending grin and still offered no assistance.
- VWVeronica WilkersonJan 26, 20221.0Brought my laptop in to be fixed because the screen wasn’t turning on. Turns out the mother board needed to be replaced. So it was shipped off. When I got it back the touchscreen was not working. When I took it back to Geek Squad I was told that I’d have to pay to have the touchscreen fixed. For something I didn’t cause…unacceptable. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

He actually fixed my issue with his expertise and saved me a future trip back to Best Buy. Employees like that are the reason I will come back here . Thanks again, Jonathan .
