  The staff seem annoyed to helpe an the cell phone staff where just playing on a game on her phone and said I just sell Verizon phones I can't help you with that

  The customer service today by Javon was handled perfectly. He was kind, respectful, and most importantly he wanted to make sure what he was doing was correct. He got me set up with Geek Squad and I'll be getting my record player squared away shortly.

  I received the printer on 23 Dec 25. I started to download app that I was required to do so that the HP Smart app could install the printer. That didn't work. There was an issue with the location settings and it was grayed out so I couldn't do anything. It took a couple of days to try and figure another way around issue. Then I got tired of this issue and contacted Best Buy through Chat. That was a big mistake. Even though I had purchased a geek squad plan so they could supposedly fix my computer whenever something would go wrong. They told me they would fix the issue I was having but it would cost me money to get it fixed. Best Buy is a ripoff store and I will not buy another thing from them. I give it no rating. They are a terrible company and they also don't stand behind their Geek Squad repair issues. In order for me to post this I had to at least give Best Buy a one star. That would be the only way I could post this issue. The computer I had was an HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e.

  I visited the Columbus, GA Best Buy to purchase a refrigerator for my son, and I had an outstanding experience. The young lady who assisted me, Ms. Lexie, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient, answered every question I had, and guided me through the entire process with professionalism and kindness. Her exceptional service made my visit truly enjoyable, and I’m so glad I chose Best Buy.

  Had a great experience at the Best Buy in Columbus! Was warmly greeted at the entry, and by every employee. Then a young man named KD was a shining star. He was completely engaged in helping me. Such a kind person and very knowledgeable about all of the devices . Usually it takes me many trips to decide on a purchase. With KD’s help, I made the decision and purchase in one trip. So refreshing to have young people who are ready to help and give it their all. KD definitely has great people skills and leadership qualities. He made my day! I will enjoy using my device even more because such a sweet person helped me to decide on it.
