Went to this location 2-21-26 looking to buy a phone charger for my iPhone the sales associate name Koty had a very very very nasty attitude the way he was speaking to me in front of customers I have never ever been disrespected like that before I went & talk to manager name Pk he at first didn’t seem to care but show me where I could find a charger for my iPhone after the experience I experienced here at the Columbus Georgia Best Buy I will never step foot back in this location Koty pointing & talking very disrespectful & loud to me shows me everything I needed to know about this location an lack of real management if I need to visit Best Buy I will either order online or go locations around Atlanta hopefully there real management on staff & respectful workers an not disrespectful workers like Koty .

Poor customer service. I asked an employee with a name tag on for help locating an item, she said I work in the back. She then just walked away. I purchased the item that I needed on Amazon for a great price. Poor customer service.

AJ at the register was friendly and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and everybody was really good at trying to help us. My only problem is please turn down the freaking music! It is horribly loud and the item we were looking for just happened to be by the speakers. So it was terrible and ruined what could have been otherwise good shopping experience.

Bad customer service. No one helped. I went mid morning on a Tuesday and there were a bunch of employees basically doing nothing. I stood at the Mac counter for 20minutes and no one was there. The Mac person was helping someone in another section, when I feel like they should have had the other person assigned to that section helping that person so they could stay in the Mac section, as they are the only one who can help with Mac…. Get a better system Best Buy. I left and sat in parking lot and just ordered online from Apple.
