  Customer service employee, Levi gave me the most incredible service. She took the time to look up every way I could resolve a text messaging issue. I am on the senior citizen side now and the worst with technology. She made it look like a breeze. She could have easily dismissed me but she didnt. She is an outstanding employee at Best Buy who truly deserves a promotion for going all out to help customer. She really put me at ease. I would give her ten stars if I could.

  I’m giving this Best Buy location 2 stars, and that’s only because of the Verizon reps, Nico and LeLe honestly surprised they’re not in management of the store. I came in to set up a new Verizon account for my son, and they were incredible—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us save money. They made everything easy and showed real care for us as customers, even though we’re from North Carolina. Unfortunately, the rest of the store didn’t match that experience. The blue shirt employees came off uninterested and made it feel like helping customers was a burden when my son wanted an Apple Watch and iPad . Communication was lacking, and the overall vibe was frustrating. The difference in service was night and day. Nico and LeLe were top-tier. Without them, this would be a one-star review.

  Tried to get some help with a fridge went up to appliances counter rep told me she couldn't help me because she was working with someone else but there was a total of 3 reps all helping the same customer so bye take my business elsewhere
