- KMKeeyana MartinMar 24, 20261.0My dog was sick, so I took him in for a checkup and to update his shots. They did a stool sample and gave him only one vaccine because he had been ill, advising me to return for the other vaccines later. The stool sample results came back normal. I also purchased a meal plan they recommended. The next day, I noticed my dog had stopped drinking water, even though he was drinking water on the day of the appointment. I contacted the clinic after noticing this ongoing issue. I received a voicemail from Dr. Johnson, and I returned her call, but I left a voicemail and never heard back. When I started giving him his regular kibble again after following the “recommended meal plan," he resumed drinking water. I’m unsure if the food caused this change, but it’s not a coincidence that he started drinking water again after I returned him to his usual food. The food was fairly expensive-$53 for 8 cans. The services also seemed overpriced, especially considering he experienced more problems after leaving the vet, and they didn’t bother to follow up when I left a voicemail. I will not return to this place.

They also will no longer allow you to have your prescription filled online - only through them. Due to high prices and lack of transparency I will be taking my pet elsewhere.
