They also will no longer allow you to have your prescription filled online - only through them. Due to high prices and lack of transparency I will be taking my pet elsewhere.

- SBSteve BentonSep 9, 20255.0Dr. Thorndyke, along with Dr. Gracia and Dr. Howerton, has taken great care of our pups, Cookie and Juicy, for the past 10 years. Apryl, Natalie Rose and Dei are always friendly, personable, and made us always feel special when we came through the doors. Over the past several months as Cookie's health worsened and our visits became more frequent and her needs became greater, we were shown such compassion and kindness as they did their best to prolong her quality of life. When Cookie (age 16) passed away in her sleep yesterday, we were devastated, and Dr. Thorndyke and Natalie Rose took gentle care of her remains and me. The pawprint and lock of hair they gave me will always be a cherished possession. Juicy will turn 16 in a few months, and it is comforting and reassuring to know the VCA team will continue to do their best for her, too (and me).
