It was an unbelievable nightmare to get my new phone and trade the old phone in for credit. So, long story short I kept running into barriers to trade the phone in. I was told to go to the Verizon store on Watson Boulevard. So, idea. A young man, Kiel, Took care of my problem. He was very considerate, extremely patient with the operators on the phone, as he ends up talking with someone out of country and she was not helpful at all. He did finally get a hold of someone and resolve the situation so, in my book, he deserves five stars for doing such a tremendous job. He also explained something to me I did not know. There are other Verizon stores that are not connected with the corporate office. Theirs is and they can help you if you have any problems. From now on, I will be going to this store. Thank you Kiel!! Another thing I noticed was how this store was.
