  If you got Verizon Wireless, you better check your account. They swap my damn bill up on my Internet and just hit me for $1800 in overages won’t fix it. I’ve talked to all kinds of management the store on Watson Boulevard in Houston in Lake sold me an unlimited plan and then turn around and screwed me over the two store managers for the Verizon stores around here won’t even return phone calls or text messages  if you get some kind of plan or anything with these folks, you better have it in writing and keep it Ron and Jose are the business managers and ignore phone calls text messages terrible place to deal with

  The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me set up my new devices along with offering me some of my streaming services at a lower price. Will definitely be back.

  I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we received from Cody at Verizon. The store was packed and busy, yet the team kept everything running smoothly with a great triage process (and hard chairs to get things moving - lol). My mom and I had a lot going on—between my personal upgrade, adding a new line and phone for work, and my mom finally upgrading her phone after being overdue by five versions. On top of that, she decided to fulfill her wish of getting a new iPad. This was no small task: we had questions, assumptions, budget, and time. Cody was incredibly patient, walking us through every option and making sure we understood the differences. He helped us land on two iPhone 17 Pros, a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, and an iPad A16—all perfect fits for our needs. What really stood out was Cody’s professionalism and empathy. He guided us through a tricky account issue tied to my late father being the key account holder, handling it with care and clarity. Cody turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth, positive one. If you’re looking for someone who combines deep product knowledge with genuine customer care, ask for Cody. He made a complicated day feel easy, and we left not only with the right devices but with total confidence in our choices.

  I was helped here by Armani last week- she went above and beyond to make sure we got the best value possible for what we were looking for. This was my first time buying a new phone in person and she made the experience as smooth as possible. She was friendly, patient, and explained the process very clearly to us the entire time. I entered the store unsure of what to expect, but I left feeling confident in my purchase. Highly recommend her if you’re interested in getting a new phone, but nervous about the idea of shopping for it in person.

  I am not a phone technician but when I went out to the Verizon store recently I tried to explain what was going on with my phone after a recent download the tech said oh yeah that’s normal when I knew it was not. The person needs to go back to school. I’m going to another carrier.
