    I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we received from Cody at Verizon. The store was packed and busy, yet the team kept everything running smoothly with a great triage process (and hard chairs to get things moving - lol). My mom and I had a lot going on—between my personal upgrade, adding a new line and phone for work, and my mom finally upgrading her phone after being overdue by five versions. On top of that, she decided to fulfill her wish of getting a new iPad. This was no small task: we had questions, assumptions, budget, and time. Cody was incredibly patient, walking us through every option and making sure we understood the differences. He helped us land on two iPhone 17 Pros, a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, and an iPad A16—all perfect fits for our needs. What really stood out was Cody’s professionalism and empathy. He guided us through a tricky account issue tied to my late father being the key account holder, handling it with care and clarity. Cody turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth, positive one. If you’re looking for someone who combines deep product knowledge with genuine customer care, ask for Cody. He made a complicated day feel easy, and we left not only with the right devices but with total confidence in our choices.

    If I could, i would rate this store with “0” stars. Although this store claims to be a “Corporate” store, the management here could care less about you walking in the door. I traded in a phone 8 months ago, only to have never gotten credit. I have been in 3 times, have spent over 10 hours in this store, and promised a correction on my bill on 3 different occasions. Never happened. I came in today and asked for the store manager to assist me with customer loyalty on the phone. First, her shadow (assistant manager) jumped in and was as helpful as a log. An hour later, I was disconnected from a customer loyalty rep. They never tried to reach back out to me. I then asked the assistant if I could speak with the manager so that she could get involved, but was told she was “at lunch”. Ironically, a minute later, she was on the sales floor. Save yourself the trouble… this store, and Verizon, is not what it used to be. Just look at their reviews.

    I was helped here by Armani last week- she went above and beyond to make sure we got the best value possible for what we were looking for. This was my first time buying a new phone in person and she made the experience as smooth as possible. She was friendly, patient, and explained the process very clearly to us the entire time. I entered the store unsure of what to expect, but I left feeling confident in my purchase. Highly recommend her if you’re interested in getting a new phone, but nervous about the idea of shopping for it in person.
