  After 20+ years of loyalty to Metro and getting no customer support, including constant internet issues I came to Mike and in minutes he was able to transfer my phone number to his phone service provider. Mike listened and solved all my problems, what Metro refused to do. I recommend Mike to those who've lost confidence and respect with their phone providers. For others, consumers are just a number, for Mike I was a human in need of help and he listened.

  Mike was amazing, Everyone in the store was amazing they helped me upgrade 2 phones, set them up and helped me get a phone case and screenprotecter! Amazing very friendly!
