    Give Nigel a raise and promotion! My grandmother, who has always had problems with technology but especially in her older age, had to go into Verizon a few times recently to sort out an issue with her phone and get a new phone set up. Nigel was so patient, kind, and helpful. I'm the account owner, and therefore had to get on the phone to approve some changes, and he was so nice and efficient. I live across the country and he was able to help me and my grandma, and get her on with her day in no time.
