  Save your time go to T-Mobile. We switched last year to Verizon. Big mistake had trouble with phones and service. Calls to Verizon never solved issue of poor service on phones. Online chats never helped, finally after months of poor service. Went to this store to get help. The help I got was no one looked at my phone tried to figure anything out. He said my best advice buy a new phone. He said go online buy an unlocked phone, then bring it back we can set it up on your account. He never once looked at my phone to see what issue was or anything. Told him if I’m going to buy a phone I’ll just go to T-Mobile. I know their service works both cell phone and customer service. He didn’t say anything. Left the store and went up street switched all our phone lines to T-Mobile. Guess what no issues with anything. By the way my phone was an iPhone brand new at Verizon it was still under warranty. Verizon failed to mention this. I guess if guy done job looked at my phone he would have known that. My best advice avoid Verizon go to T-Mobile get better service with everything. At least T-Mobile treats you like a customer and you matter not like Verizon does. To Verizon your just money once you sign up for poor service they figure you are stuck.

  Verizon absolutely sucks they will continuously increase your bill every single month and it will be Non-Stop we'll have to stay on the phone with them for hours every month, I hate them with a passion 15 years and it is ending now

  Very helpful with closing a line due to a death in the family. They canceled the amount owed on the phone and the 3 year contract andbit was quick and easy.

  This location is awesome! I had an account issue porting my number over from my employer for weeks. After HOURS on the phone, with people I could hardly understand at times due to the thick accent, I was told I'll need to go to a corp location for them to verify my ID. Came in frustrated, but calm, and a very nice lady took care of all my issues in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend coming here for ALL your Verizon needs!
