Went in to upgrade and employees couldn’t be bothered to even look at our account and said “you could just do it yourself and pick up”, to then go to return a phone which Verizon said “bring to store to return” only to be told that “the system doesn’t work anymore” What a bunch of snarky, narcissistic people working here. If you care about your dignity and being treated like a real human, visit another store.
