  It's sad day when a US Veteran gets his phone stolen and can get absolutely no help from this retailer because I did not have enough money to buy another phone. I have always paid on time and have always been a loyal customer. They would not even attempt to shut my phone down or offer any type of help whatsoever. All my accounts were on this phone. If you are looking for phone service with stellar customer service I would strongly suggest not to come here because I promise you they will kick you when you are down. SHAME ON YOU CRICKET WIRELESS!!!!!

  We signed up for the service a few months ago. My daughter had a problem with her phone so we dropped by to see if they could help. It only took a few minutes for them to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this location.
