- NHNelson HDec 26, 20251.0I previously used Verizon as my provider for a couple of years and retained one of their phones. After switching to T-Mobile, I attempted to use the phone, which was supposed to be unlocked. However, Verizon representatives at the store informed me they could not assist with a Nasty attitude. I then contacted Customer Service, which I found to be among the worst in the country. On today’s date, they were unable to help me because I did not remember my PIN number. Despite their efforts to assist, as the phone was provided to us after one claim, the overall experience with both the store and Customer Service was disappointing. I will not consider using Verizon again.

I forgot my 4 digit pin and was completely lock out and so were they but KV , the manager and Verizon customer service. Was able to fix it so I could transfer. If AT&T doesn’t work out we will definitely be back just because of the great customer service today! P.s I think they need a raise or a day off because what they did today was hard! But no complaints from them what so ever!
