We waited and waited for someone to help us, and when no one came, we went to the front so they could put us in a “queue.”
So we waited in the queue.
And waited.
And waited.
During this time, multiple employees helped people who walked in after us, while we continued to exist politely in line like NPCs in a video game. Eventually we realized the queue was more of a philosophical concept than a real system and left without getting help.
If you enjoy long periods of standing around, light people-watching, and being emotionally ignored in a retail environment, this is the place for you. If you actually need help buying something… maybe try literally anywhere else.

Absolutely dissatisfied
I bought a dash cam
Waited a week to get it installed
The guy in the installation department yelled at the nice girl from geek squad for unlocking the door for my appointment
I told him to forget it
Return my money, I didn’t want him working on my wife’s car very unprofessional and he could care less
I asked for a manager
He apologized did not offer any concessions for me driving from Ellijay initially to purchase this cam
Then I drove back for this install appointment
Management is awful
Customer doesn’t matter at all!!
This installer should be fired on the spot!!
I will never go to Best Buy again
No wonder they are in bankruptcy!!

Stock items in the correct place. You had the top-of-the-line monitor (LG 5k2k) fully stocked (4x) in the location for the much cheaper, lower resolution model, nearly $700 price difference. What this tells me is the people that work there really don't know what they're selling, and have a much lower product knowledge than your expectations may have. I've been casually reading and building my own computers for years and I'm well read in technology but I'm not a professional and I immediately identify the issue. So not only do the associates not know what they're selling even the managers aren't able to walk by and a recognize and egregious mistake. To put it in a perspective, it would be like going to a car dealership to buy an S class Mercedes and the dealership has it priced as a C class. It's inexcusable.
