I thought my PC was breached during a sensitive financial process. It was a fake msg , lit up in red with loud volumn! I unplugged and took the PC to Geek Squad and they were very professional, effective, quick and polite. Couldn't have been more satisfied.

I would give them a zero if I could they are liars and scammers. They dont care what so ever about thier customers or doing whats right. They will feed you lies after lies to make and keep a sale. If you have any issues best buy in general is one of the worst companies to try and speak to someone. And you'll never get to speak to the actual store. For clarity I bought a tv last year and scheduled delivery and installation. The delivery got pushed back over a month because they "over book" and when I went to speak to them about canceling the order they talked me into keeping it and promise to refund me some money on the purchase. For the inconvenience and delay but they Said they had to wait for it to get delivered and install before they could credit my account. Not only did it take longer then the month they said it would be but after the install they never went through with what they promised and ghosted me every time I tried to reach out about it. Save yourself the headache and frustration over waiting months for your items you purchased and trying to get them to honor their word. Take your money and business to Walmart or Amazon. Don't waste it on these liars. Every deal bestbuy has they match and they actually have a customer service department that does something oh and you will actually get your items in a reasonable time frame not months after you buy it.

Bought open box item and less than 24 hrs same condition open box price dropped $150 and they cannot do the price match so I had to go to the store and return and buy the monitor again. Very inconvenient.

Worst Best Buy Experience I’ve Ever Had
I walked into this Best Buy specifically to buy headphones. The greeter asked what I needed, I said headphones, and I was told someone would help me shortly. No one came. I waited, then had to go back and ask for help again.
Eventually, an employee assisted me. I asked what the best earbuds were, and he recommended a pair priced at $119, talked up the quality, and said they were a great value at that price point. I agreed and said I’d take them. He unlocked the case and handed me the black pair.
At checkout, they rang up $269, over $150 more than the clearly marked price. I immediately said something was wrong and explained the situation. They acknowledged the price was marked incorrectly in two different places, but said there was “nothing they could do.”
A manager came over and offered $20 off, which was frankly ridiculous given the circumstances. I then asked for the $119 headphones that were advertised and recommended to me. I was told they don’t actually sell them anymore, they’re discontinued, not in stock, and can’t even be ordered.
So to be clear:
• The store has pricing and product signage for an item they cannot sell
• An employee recommended and sold me based on that price
• The price is wrong in multiple places
• No comparable product was offered
• I wasted 45 minutes of my time
To make matters worse, the manager was rude, refused to give me his name, and walked away from the conversation.
I’ve been a long-term Best Buy customer and have spent well over $25,000 with this company over the last few years. This experience showed zero accountability, poor training, and complete disregard for the customer’s time.
If you can’t sell a product, don’t advertise it.
If your signage is wrong, own it.
I walked out without buying anything and will not be shopping here again.
