    Bought a Galaxy Watch, it took a while for someone to help me. The lady from Verizon, I wish I could remember her name, helped me out and was very nice and efficient.

    My wife and I went in to purchase special items. Sam, Leah, and Matthew were all great!! Each one assisted us in their areas. Each one was very attentive, courteous, and helpful!! They answered any/all questions we had!! They gave us information and recommendations for our expressed needs!! The entire visit went smoothly!! We Highly recommend this location!! As well as Sam, Leah, and Matthew!!

    How do you not have any display port cables? None? You sell gaming computers and gaming monitors and no display port cables?

    Apparently the only way to get help at this store is to find the staff at the front door and interrupt their morning coffee to have them point to a general location of the store to try and find something on your own. The customer service here is absolutely embarrassing.

    Well, I been here a few times. Generally a good location, its tiny though compared to others. The staff is generally helpful . I once had a appliance come super damaged, and although it took weeks, samsung techs to come out and lots of complaining, they did eventually replace it. So that was nice of them. Id do business here again !
