  Bought a new refrigerator. The guy who helped me check out and secure a credit card for interest free period - well this young guy was awesome. Got it done in less than 15 minutes so my wife can get to her Doctor appointment. Loved the fridge, love the service!

  I do not recommend this store. People are just standing around asking what they can help you with when you come in the door. They tell you where it's at, but don't show you even though they have nothing else to do. A manager approached me on the floor and when I told him what looking for he had no idea what I was asking about. I even showed him a picture and he said he would get an associate for me. Serious lack of customer service.

  Great friendly service just when they ask if you need help don't be afraid to get on the list. One of the few places I can get knowledgeable service.

  I recently visited Best Buy and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly, which immediately set a positive tone. Although I did have to ask customer service to page a representative, it turned out to be well worth the wait because the right person showed up—Gray. He was energetic, approachable, and incredibly easy to talk to. What stood out most was how he explained the differences between earbud brands in a simple, straightforward way without overcomplicating anything. His honest input really helped me narrow down my options and feel confident in my decision. In a lighthearted moment, I even called for the manager to “complain” about the terrible service—just as a joke—and he handled it perfectly. He responded with a smile but also gave a serious, attentive look, showing he genuinely cared about customer feedback. It added a fun and memorable touch to the whole visit. Overall, it was just a great experience from start to finish. The team made me feel welcomed, supported, and valued as a customer.
