Mind you 1day later I had to return the phone for poor reception. My phone and case we're switched out but at that time I noticed a special that was going on at the time. So when I found out about the special I was told I didn't qualify because I would have to have bought when I purchased my phone even after telling them that I wasn't aware of the bundle at that time. It's that condescending attitude for me.
