She went to her computer and brought us the receipt with the wrong trade in amount. I asked about it and she said she saw the discrepancy but didn’t know why it did that. She was going to pass off a loss of $270 on each phone without hesitation. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. She told me to call Verizon. I insisted she call them. But, Verizon customer service was closed. She told me to come back in the morning. This is my worst experience in a retail store.

He helped me back up my iCloud, transfer all my data to my new phone, and even set up comprehensive parental controls on the phone I’m gifting to my daughter. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and, most importantly, patient. I knew the process would take a while since my phone hadn’t been backed up in quite some time, so I brought my dog with me. Alexandr was friendly with him too, which made the experience even easier. My visit took over three hours, and during that time he not only handled every detail of my setup, but also managed to assist three other families in between without ever making me feel rushed or overlooked. His ability to multitask while still providing exceptional service was impressive. Thank you so much, Alexandr, for everything you did. I truly hope you receive the Christmas bonus you deserve!
