I lost a phone entirely and the store rep said there was no possible way to collect the backup data without the old phone. He then proceeded to set up the new phone and skip all of the prompts to collect cloud based back up data in order to save time and go on his lunch break. During this process he hid the phone screen from me so I wouldn't be able to see what he was doing. It wasn't until I was home doing research on backup data later on when I factory reset the new phone and was able to recover my backup. Horrid customer service. Avoid this place

I didnt get his name but the light skinned Latino gentleman with dark hair told me I had to fork over $30 a second time to get him to help me (????) and said the first time I paid it, I only paid the taxes. Sitting on a throne of lies!!! Anyway, other than that, I was fire.
