I arrived at roughly 12pm and there were maybe 3 other customers. I checked in and waited as I watched 3 employees move at the most glacial pace. So I waited and waited and waited. One employee was with a customer and both we are their phones not speaking just silence for more than an hour, the other was finishing up a customer and then decided to take a customer who just walked in without checking in and the go to lunch or something he disappeared on the back never to be seen again. The 3rd employee looked like he was actually trying to assist people but was horribly slow and helped one customer try to put on his case for 30 minutes. At 1:30pm I had enough and left. As I left I let the 3 people coming in to the store know to go somewhere else unless they wanted to spend their whole Saturday there. Staffing and training is key, get it together Verizon.
