I have the worst experience ever,come back next day it took them 3 and half hours to unload partial loaded trailer. What a shame
- JJJ JAug 15, 20251.0DO NOT try and deliver early here, they will not take you! I arrived at 2:30 pm, the day before (ok a day early) there were no other trucks in line or even at a dock. They told me I could come back as early as 4am the next day for a 6am appointment. I got there at 4 am, and of course, they made me sit at the gate, until 6am; even though again, there were no other trucks here or at the docks! Guard shack is very disorganized, they wouldn’t even call receiving to tell them I was here. Bumped the dock at 6:15, they started unloading at 08:10am!!!!!! AVOID this place/BEST BUY at all costs!
