I strongly advise against using this Best Buy for in-home services. I was attempting to set up a consultation for a new speaker system. After rescheduling my original appointment, Gilvin left me a voicemail explicitly stating the appointment was still on.
Despite this confirmation, he never showed up. He ignored multiple calls from me while I waited, only to finally contact me two hours later to say he had cancelled. This level of dishonesty and disregard for a customer's time is unacceptable. Avoid Gilvin and his manager if you want reliable service.

On Friday, November 14th, I ordered a TV online from Best Buy. When I arrived to pick it up, I realized the TV wouldn’t fit in my truck, so the sales associate recommended scheduling a delivery. The earliest date available was Monday, the 17th. I also learned that Best Buy offers TV installation and mounting for an additional $179.99 — which felt expensive, especially since I already have my own mount — but I went ahead and paid for it. I was promised delivery and installation by Tuesday, November 18th, no later than 3 PM.
After 3 PM, I received a call from a Geek Squad electrician informing me that he was out of the area, very behind schedule, and would not be able to complete the installation until later in the day or first thing the following morning. I had already taken off work and cancelled a scheduled appointment to be available for this install.
Considering the money I paid and the time I lost, I am extremely disappointed. This was my first purchasing experience with Best Buy, and the service I paid for was not delivered. I attempted to call for support, but after being transferred multiple times, my call was dropped, and I never received a call back. No customer service, no resolution.
Given that this service was costly and not fulfilled, I am requesting a discount on the delivery and installation fee or a full refund. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be using Best Buy’s delivery service again.

Spent 45 minutes in the laptop department before I had to go to the counter and ask for help. Nobody walked up to me. Crappy customer service. Good selection and good prices good store. Poor service.

I went to the store with the intention to either buy a Garmin Smartwatch or the Oura Ring. The clerk responsible for that station didn’t know anything about the products he was supposed to sell. Only that one is a smartwatch and the other a smart ring. The rest “you can look up online”, I was told.
In this case why go to the store at all if there is no extra service provided and one can always buy it cheaper online? Also the guy working there was absent from his station for 25 minutes with no substitute, because that was the time I was waiting for someone to ask my questions, which as you already know were unanswered. Other clerks from surrounding station offered their help, but not the person at the station.

Worst staff and customer service ever. They delivered a broken Samsung dishwasher and we had to argue with them to exchange it for a working model. We heard things like "not our responsibility " "thats not what the computer is telling me to do. It says you have to buy a whole new dishwasher and pay for it to be delivered and installed " "your 60 return window just expired and we're doing you a favor just talking to you" 😠 😡 😤 Once we finally got them agree yo the exchange they wanted to bill us for delivery, installation and wiring a 2nd time. They said it wasn't there responsibility that the dishwasher didn't work. After 1 ½ hours they finally agreed to replace the defaulty dishwasher at no extra charge. DON'T SHOP AT THIS BEST BUY. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT STANDS BUY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.
They are supposed to deliver the new dishwasher today. We'll see how this goes. 😏
