I went there after receiving my new phone by mail, expecting more assistance with setting it up (as promised) and a $300 rebate (as promised). I ordered and paid for the phone at this store. Do not go there if you are expecting any customer service at all!

- EMEugene MasonMar 1, 20262.0Apple products are wonderful and worth the premium price. This particular store, however, has a steady decline in customer service. I've bought tens of thousands of dollars of equipment from this store over the years. They used to carry heavy orders (monitors etc) to your car for you. No more. Often salespeople are flippant, even arrogant. Management called once after I left a poor review and interrupted me on the phone saying, "You've had your time to talk..." I was so disappointed. As these technologies become less of a special thing and more of a commodity, Apple will have to either get back to the personal customer service they were known for, or lose the tech battle to a newcomer who invests in better training, better personnel and better treatment. It's a roll of the dice, now, on what kind of experience one has walking into this location.
