    Just left there and the guy swore that everything I needed had to be done over the phone. When questioned, he was incredibly rude and said he had already told me. Never once stopped to listen to what I was asking. Turned and went to the store in Winder and they had everything I needed done in store in less than 10 minutes!

    I came to this Verizon store because I believed Verizon had the best service. I was returning from AT&T and wanted to set up two phone lines. I left the store believing everything was set up correctly. When I later checked my upcoming bill, I noticed unauthorized charges added to my account, including a Netflix/Hulu bundle and an insurance charge totaling $77 that I never approved. I returned to the store on January 24th between approximately 4:30–5:00 PM to get this corrected and to return an item. During that visit, the employee told me he would not assist me and stated that only the original sales representative who sold the account could process the return. He also made it clear that he was not willing to fix anyone else’s mistakes, implying that he would not help because he does not get paid for transactions he didn’t personally sell. Because of this refusal, I immediately contacted Verizon customer service, and corporate corrected the issue without hesitation, confirming that those charges should never have been added to my account. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. After returning to the store again to complete a return, I reviewed my bill once more and discovered that two additional phone lines had been added to my account without my knowledge or consent. I originally had two lines, but my account now showed five. Verizon corporate confirmed that these lines were added by this store and has since reported the location for fraudulent behavior. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly warn anyone considering doing business here to be very cautious. I highly recommend visiting a corporate Verizon store (such as the Buford location) instead of an unauthorized retailer, as this location appears to prioritize profit over transparency and customer consent. Verizon corporate customer service was professional and extremely helpful. This store was not.
